TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
At Test House Depot, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find it necessary to return or exchange a product, please reach out to our customer support within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. We ask that all returns include the original packaging, accessories, and documentation, and that products are returned in the same condition in which you received them. Any items showing excessive wear, missing parts, or modifications may be ineligible for return or subject to a restocking fee. Certain products—such as custom orders, clearance items, or final-sale merchandise—cannot be returned, so we encourage you to confirm eligibility before completing a purchase.
Should you decide to return an item, please contact us by phone or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly mark this number on the package and use a secure, trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method if everything is in order. If the payment method is no longer available, we may arrange a different form of refund, such as store credit. In most cases, shipping costs are non-refundable, and unless the return is due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We understand that a product might occasionally arrive in defective or damaged condition. If this happens, please inspect your order promptly upon receipt and let us know right away so we can make it right. If your purchase needs to be exchanged for a different product or a replacement of the same item, we are happy to assist, and any price differences will be reconciled at that time.
